After having cleaned the edge of the aluminium parts (you can see the rough edge of the hip part on the first pic), I cut, sanded, fitted and glued the parts in place. |
On the last pic you can see a hollowed aluminium block on the underside. That's where the model is mounted when it's used for stop motion. |

AT-ST stop motion model - Building the body
The body of the model is made from aluminium like the original. The body is dressed with kitparts to have a functionnal look.
